「The toilets are so short like toddler height. It made it very uncomfortable to use them. I'm 5'8 and my knees were up to my chest. I have a really bad back inside a walker so it was very hard getting down and up from the toilet.」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「This is a nice, well-maintained lodging, just off of I-5, south of Tacoma. It is reasonably priced given the distance from Tacoma, so for me it was a price-convenience tradeoff more than anything else. I didn't use the amenities or eat breakfast there,so have no basis for an opinion of their quality. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet from highway sounds. The staff was friendly and helPaul, given my late evening check-in.」
