「Clean rooms, upon checking we received a complimentary room upgrade and a bottle of wine. The only concern we had was the temp in the room. No AC in a lot of mountain places, so it got a little warm, but they provide a fan, so manageable.」

「One Ski Hill Place is a beautiful resort in a prime location with great amenities—the free shuttle service was a lifesaver. The condo-style rooms are fully stocked, perfect if you want to cook. My only disappointment was the lack of recognition for my VIP status. I had to ask about perks, wasn’t offered an upgrade despite the property seeming quiet, and only received late checkout after involving a manager. They did provide a complimentary bottle of wine when I asked, which was appreciated....
