「Room is clean check-in was a breeze」

「 Your staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I checked in. Laurie found out I was in town for the funeral of my brother. She slipped a sympathy card under my door later that day. That may be the most thoughtful gesture I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. I’ll never forget it. Thank you for your lovely staff. 」

「The building itself is new, clean, and spacious. Breakfast items were always replenished, with a decent variety available (although the same every day). The pool and workout room are nice to have available and the outdoor area looks amazing for nicer weather. We didn't need much from the staff, but they were generally available and helpful.」

「The entire staff did a wonderful job. The food and service at Bennigan’s was delightful. The snow removal team did a wonderful job with the storm. My wife is an amputee and is in a scooter and with only one leg if she slips on snow, she wouldn’t be able to get back up without calling an ambulance and so it would be great if the shoveling team which you did an awesome job spent time in the area of the handicap parking making sure that there was no snow or ice in the handicap parking anywhere....
