「Everything was AWESOME.」

「Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the nearby neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant for walking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Mississippi River views. A wonderful stay in Memphis. The only minor issue was a slight odor in the elevator.」

「This hotel was not ready for prime time. Shower was moldy. Floor was dirty. The lounge was a hour late opening. We went to the restaurant. No one there but the sleeping (yes, sleeping) greeter. If the problem is getting better help, pay the salaries or I predict a closed hotel in months.」

「Large group of individuals in the parking lot playing loud music and shouting from the time I arrived until sometime after 3am. Occupants in the rooms on both sides of me were apparently competing to see who could smoke the most marijuana. The obnoxious odor and even the smoky haze was constantly invading my room. The place is a complete dump that is overrun with hood rats and dopeheads. I travel all over the country for work, averaging 4 to 5 overnight motel stays per week, As a result, I've...

She gave us highlights on events, attractions and Taxi drivers. She made everything very comfortable during our stay and her biscuits and gravy were the best for the breakfast accommodations.」

「Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean.」
