「Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the nearby neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant for walking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Mississippi River views. A wonderful stay in Memphis. The only minor issue was a slight odor in the elevator.」

「Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!」

「Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn」

「The property was a pretty stay. When first arrived it was clean, it was pretty. However the housekeeping didn’t come to the room once to clean towels, nor change the sheets. They charged my card for things i had no idea about until the end. To eat, you have to get charged extra and the room is already expensive.」

「This hotel was not ready for prime time. Shower was moldy. Floor was dirty. The lounge was a hour late opening. We went to the restaurant. No one there but the sleeping (yes, sleeping) greeter. If the problem is getting better help, pay the salaries or I predict a closed hotel in months.」

「Very nice accommodations, super clean rooms. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this venue. I will never stay at the Peabody after visiting this hotel.」

「This hotel was good for the money. Hotel is in a easy location rite off the I-40 and near tons of stores and restaurants. Easy travel to places in the area and in City of Memphis. I stayed a week and found cleaning is not that good. There was stuff like a penny and a piece of cookie that was on the hall carpet for the entire week I was there. There was food dried on my table and counter in the my room at check in. I actually borrowed a rag and cleaned the counters and room myself....
