「Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the nearby neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant for walking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Mississippi River views. A wonderful stay in Memphis. The only minor issue was a slight odor in the elevator.」

「Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!」

「We really enjoyed our stay. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Very spacious bigger than most apartments, which is a plus especially with 2 young children. Great location and decent part of town. This will be my place to stay every time when coming to Memphis.」

「Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean.」

「We had to use 2 elevators to get to our room. It took several minutes before we had hot water. We had a big truck so it was a tight fit to get at the drop off in front of the hotel. There were a few good restaurants walking distance. Couldn’t get our receipt until 8 am so we didn’t get one.」

「Had to pay for parking/valet or park on the street. The hotel was in a not so great location. The room had no garbage bags in the garbage cans, and it smelled like wet dog! If you wanted to check in early it would be another $50! Besides the location and room smell it was an ok hotel. 」
