「Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.」

The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. 「This was a restorative 2 night stay helped by the kindness of the front desk, great breakfast buffet, clean/spacious room (with an incredible view of the bay), and terrific location at the heart of Carmel Center. 」

「The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning.
