「Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.」

「Hotel needs renovation in public spaces the tiles are from the 60” in hallway to the pool and exercise room. The carpet need to be update in the lobby. The floor in bathroom bathrooms. Need replacement. Same in the dining room area.」

「We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. 「The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning. Don't forget to check out the rooftop at night for a nice view of the city lights. Overall, we had a great experience,...

「I needed a place to stay in Haifa for a couple of nights, and the Hotel Marom was great, and didn't break the bank. Marina and her team were kind, spoke great English, and were very accommodating. Located in the middle of the city on a hill, WAZE was able to get me there and back every time with ease. 」
