My stay at Satori hotel was great. Avi at the front desk was very kind and helpful. They quickly helped me and let me check-in early. The hotel is beautiful with an outdoor terrace on the 5th floor that overlooks Haifa bay. There’s a coffee bar always available by the terrace. Clean rooms, good wifi, hot water, quiet stay, and even a mini fridge in the room. I highly recommend Satori hotel to travelers.

We had just gotten off a 15 hour flight. We arrived at about 11:30pm. The lady at the front desk said we could not check in until the next morning!!!! We canceled our reservation and stayed at a different hotel.

Nothing special; good enough
It's a very old hotel. Good enough and pretty comfortable, but bare bones. We did see a cockroach in the lobby. the staff checked us in and then had absolutely nothing to do with us after that. No one was at the desk at check-out, so we just left our keys.
Nice staff, but:
Bad price/price ratio: either Israel is very expensive or Northern Europe is cheap.
Strange cleaning: just towels change.
No gym but it was given as available.
Its so disappointing , no help when we arrived, stayed outside for a long time, staff dont understand english. Curtain looks awful, beat up and linens with cut nails.
The room was with sigarete smell, despite of smoke free room.
The room is not maintened at all. When was raining outsude during a night, close to the the bed, there was wather that was get in from outside.
See the pictures.
I use the "hotels" for many years. For the first time, I do not recomend the hotel.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly!
The property is quite old and the pictures here must be from 40 years ago, although still comfortable beds and a new aircon in the room, the rooms are quite small and they do not provide the single soap bars pictured - rather just some handwash in a dispenser. There was also no Partial ocean view as stated here on the Superior Double Room which I reserved.
The rooms are not soundproof and if there is a lot of noisy people in the hallway which there was when I was there, it can disturb.
But for the price I paid although booking 3 nights before my stay, it was still a good deal for a simple smallish room with a comfortable bed and very helpful staff! I would have just preferred to know in advance that it is not quite as it looks on the pictures - rather an older budget hotel with a comfortable bed.
I stayed here for two nights in March 2023. The hotel is located in an old part of Haifa with not much going on. There are lots of shops and the hotel is close to the bus route which is ideal for travel.
The room itself has seen better days, the double bed was comfy, but the bedding is stained, curtains have rips and the windows are very thin so you can hear the busy street outside. The walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear them clearly. There are ample plug sockets for charging devices.
The bathroom is small with a combined bath/shower, toilet and sink. Toiletries are provided but not replenished when you use them. The paintwork is all chipped everywhere and looks quite dirty.
There is a bath but no plug is provided so bring your own! Fortunately I had a travel plug but beware you cannot just pull the plug when finished as one of the floor tiles lifts and floods the whole room! So you have to drain it very slowly. This is clearly why the baths have no plug.
Rather than standard TV here they use GOTV which is steaming. This has many issues as the WIFI is unstable and I had constant buffering on every channel the first night. But if you connect to the 5g network this works much better.
On the fifth floor is a rooftop view of Haifa, there are chairs and tables to sit and enjoy the view.
The hotel is quite large and has six parking spaces which are very hard to find, they are located round the corner through a tiny alleyway.
really really old hotel, old building and old furniture. no phone or iron in the rooms. Staff are ok but not as responsive

Good value for money
Good value for money. The area around hotel is a bit shabby and run down, but it is close to the market and museum of art, which was our main aim. The room was clean and had some view to the port and ocean.
1.the hotel is on traffic area and the windows is not reducing the noise from the street so.. if you like to sleep with bus and garbage trucks noise be my guest.
.
2. the stuff didn't start the shift before 10am at weekend.
3. there is no room cleaning at weekend.
4. very good location.
Geat service accomodating. And great location. Cleann.

We paid for a 3 person room and we could barely fit. Very small so we purchased another room. He told me he’d give us a discount of $100/night. We accepted and later found the room on hotels.com for $50/night. He never refunded us for paying for the extra person in our room.
