The hotel is very old and dirty. The room is not being cleaned (only towel are being replaced): even shampoo / soap / toilet paper are not being taken care. If you want to feel like in the hotels from 1980', this is the place I for you.

Place was great staff was great. Only thing we disliked was how much it cost us to do laundry. We did one load and overlooked the prices in comparing shekels to dollars. Although we take responsibility to our shock our laundry load cost $230 😳

Paid CA$1,156 for 4 nights (≈CA$289 per night, Nov 30–Dec 4). Severely overpriced. The entire property—buildings, lobby, elevators, and common areas—felt old, worn, and poorly maintained. Room had beaten-up furniture, and both the queen mattress and fold-out sofa bed were sagging and caused backache, plus stained sheets, bathroom mold, and a rusted shower bar. Exterior and city-harbour photos are misleading.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I did not ask about wifi when we checked in and was able to connect to the wifi but there was no internet. It was late at night when we returned to the hotel so I used my phone as a hotspot. The hotel lives up to its name as the view (nof=view) was special.

Excellent and varied breakfast and superb views from the room. The hotel itself was a bit shabby. Worn and dirty furniture in the lobby with dirty windows on the corridor side of our floor. The bathroom fixtures were tired with only luke warm water in the shower available. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Nice hotel, but needs a refresh.

We arrived at 3:00 AM after a long 13-hour trip with the kids. The reception staff member, named Omri, was fantastic to my family, especially at such an early hour. He went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible experience. What a great person!

Although I specifically requested high floor with view of the Baha'i Garden, but the room they offered was only on the fifth floor and the view was not entirely seeing the garden. We requested to switch the room due to that and the fact that water shower didn't drain and overflow.

The view from the room was excellent, unfortunately the windows were very dirty. Front desk personnel, were nice but could have been more helpful. They may have been a little overwhelmed as it was a holiday weekend. Location is good. There was no wifi connection and if there was, nothing was said nor was there any information in the room. A friend, on my recommendation, stayed at the hotel the following week. She was called back to Tel Aviv and could not stay the second night. The hotel still charged her. I was disappointed to hear this.

Not recommended

Great location and view, but everything else is awful. The furniture is very old, the bed is uncomfortable and the duvet is low quality. It’s not cheap for one night while as a tourist you may still be required to pay 18% extra VAT, which is against the law. The manager is unfriendly. Not recommended at all for the bad value-to-money.

Run down hotel with excellent staff

This is a tired, old, dusty hotel with a great location and beautiful views over the bay. But it's best feature is it staff, all of whom were knowledgeable and kind and helpful. So despite the run down bathrooms, dusty corridors and old furniture, I will probably stay here again thanks to the great staff!
