Everything about our stay was perfect and beyond expectations: the wonderful staff, the spacious and tastefully decorated room, the cozy down comforter and pillows, the thoughtful in-room amenities, the complimentary afternoon Segal wine with crackers and cookies, and the delicious coffee and more. The hotel’s excellent location and convenient onsite garage were an added bonus. We’re already looking forward to staying at Carmella again the next time we’re in Haifa.

Hala at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we needed something like robes or towels the staff was very attentive. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable we slept late every morning. Great shower and nice products. Loved the big sink:) The hot tubs were delightful. The patio was a nice place to sit outside. They can use a few more umbrellas and perhaps get the corners when sweeping- not sure what that feathery stuff was:(. Loved this place and will definitely stay here again.

This is such a lovely quiet boutique hotel. The thing that stands out most is it’s absolutely the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever been in they go out of their way to keep it beautiful. Although there is no restaurant or food service so to speak they always have a good coffee and some little cookie snacks available and you can enjoy it out on the terrace with lovely flowers around. A great spot and only around the corner a few blocks to get on the main street to have a bite. Thank you so much at the front desk they are always accommodating and helpful.

the way hospitality should be

the hosting experiene was perfect , pleasnat crew , prime location with access to main location easily , short drive to the excuisite local market with its great restaurant. the room was large clean and very well maintained . we had a greta time .

This is a restored German Templar house for the 1800s on upper Carmel. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was large and had a unique shower. I would stay there again

Lovely boutique hotel.

Lovely rooms. Good point to see Haifa, with lots of places to eat nearby. Go to the small coffee shop in the park called Shchenim. Great coffee and cake. Really helpful reception. Great coffee and tea station with biscuits and cake. Wonderful fruit teas.
