"We arrived late so had to wait for the on call staff. While waiting we were approached by several “guests” that were intoxicated. While checking in two other impaired guests entered. We had also observed a group of men along the buildings exterior that were partying. When we arrived in the room it wreaked of pot. We returned downstairs and asked to cancel our reservation. We felt very uncomfortable"

"I stayed with my family for a birthday celebration. The hotel is nice and clean and near target, Benihana and multiple other restaurants. The room was really neat and the beds comfortable. 10/10"

"The room appeared to be clean,but a large 6” X 3’ pencil “drawing” on the wall and on the bathroom door ( both sides) did very little to impress me. This was obviously the art work of a small child….and if it cannot be cleaned then the wall should be repainted! No instructions on how to use the TV…..rendering it useless for my entire 7 day visit! I complained that there were only 2 hangers in the room….the front desk told ME to go to laundry room to get some. Housekeeper said that there were none….when I went to the front desk,a maintenance man told me to wait and he came back with 5 more! When I asked for fresh linens after a shower the front desk AGAIN sent me to the laundry room to get my own! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE from a well-known hotel chain…..I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!"

"The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and acceptable. The fitness room equipment was awful. A property like this should not have such poor equipment. In the conference area the sign was off of the men's room door all day and was not repaired - causing confusion for many people early in the day. The water ran out for our conference twice on the first day. Not sure yet about day 2. If there was a little more attention to detail this would be an excellent place for professional conferences."
