"Checked in Friday night; the bathtub looked dirty, didn't want to use. There was a strip of carpeting sticking up in in 2 places, easy to trip over. On Saturday I went out, came back in, my soiked towels weren't replaced, the bed wasn't made up. Called front desk re same; was told policy is linen service and refreshed/made up bed is only on asked for basis...I was never told that. Hallways were dirty and cluttered with dirty towels/linen. I will never stay there again or use hotels.com again."
