There was no coffee in the room, and there was no coffee in the lobby. It was nice to get a complimentary water bottle. There was a loud drunk couple across the hallways shouting at each other at 3:30am for 30 minutes.

stayed here for two nights and my room smelled strongly of dog urine from the moment I checked in. This hotel allows pets, but the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. As a semi‑truck driver, I paid extra to stay at the Travelodge instead of the cheaper hotel next door because I expected a clean, comfortable room. Instead, I had to deal with a constant pee smell and no offer to switch rooms. Very disappointing experience.

The room was missing basic amenitiesno shampoo, body wash, or hand soap. I called the front desk twice to have them refilled, but no one responded or provided assistance. This was very disappointing and not the level of service I expected.

Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that night. Given these serious safety concerns and the disruption, I am not satisfied paying for both nights and believe a refund or compensation is warranted.

I’ve stayed at this Red Roof location twice before and had good experiences, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The coffee machine was broken for the entire day, and no one seemed concerned about fixing it. Additionally, there was a dog in the room next to mine that barked continuously for about six hours because it was left alone. I reported the issue, but nothing was done to resolve it. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the overall guest experience.
