Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay. 4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. 「The room was big enough to open 2 huge luggages. Quiet as well! Good! The kitchen and bathroom were clean! The view was perfect as well as we could see Hallgrimskirkja very clearly! Perfect location! Breakfast was good too! Parking slot was provided. Highly recommend! 」

「The hotel room and bathroom is big enough for 3 of us but the daily cleaning is not ideal. I still can see some hair and dust still on the floor. Moreover, the housekeeper won’t refill the amenities automatically even she notice that it is no more.」
