Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable room, the staff was kind and the breakfast delicious
Everything was perfect. A great place to stay. Bfest was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and nice, and the room was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in a little early after our overnight international flight. They offered a nice breakfast to start our day. There is also a great pizza place next door.
A little bit off of the main Laugeveger but a close drive. Room was very nice and spacious and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had warm tiles and a big shower. Would definitely stay there again.
Hotel Lotus was the first stay in my Iceland trip. The staff is very friendly and they went above and beyond to help me prepare for the rest of my trip. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was amazing. There is a supermarket right across the street.
A lot of tour operators and airport shuttle service do pick up/drop off at the hotel which was very convenient.
We had a wonderful three night stay at Hotel Lotus.
From the moment we arrived, the team were incredibly friendly and welcoming – check-in was professional, warm and effortless, and nothing was ever too much trouble throughout our stay.
The rooms were spotless, cosy and modern, offering everything we needed to relax after long days exploring. Breakfast was a real highlight too, with a lovely array of items to choose from and staff who were always happy to help. There was even home made cake, cookies and hummus all of which were very delicious.
The staff were so lovely and helpful giving us advice and tips on what to do and where to go.
Parking was easy, and the hotel’s location made it simple to get into the city while still enjoying a peaceful base.
Overall, a truly delightful stay – highly recommended!
Nice hotel, mostly self service. Single rooms are very small with a very small bed and bathroom. Room nice and toasty once you turn up radiator setting. Breakfast nice but with limited options. Staff friendly and welcoming. Bus to and from the airport stops right outside.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of a variety and well presented. We were leaving before the breakfast was available on our last day, they prepared us sandwiches that we picked up on our way out. It was a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants, the big mall is a 10 minutes away as well. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
Loved this hotel. It was the best hotel I stayed in while in Iceland. The room looks brand new. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Quality towels with a towel warmer. It has all the amenities you need in a hotel room. Great coffee available 24 hours day. Free breakfast and parking. Personable staff.
Absolutely fantastic service. I checked in and had asked to use the drier as my riding gear was wet and was leaving early the the day for home, the lovely lady dried my gear and returned it to my room while I had gone for dinner. Very kind. Would definitely stay again.
The staff is extremely kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. The property is very cozy, safe, and clean. I'd highly suggest this hotel if you're staying in Reykjavik.
