「非常好的酒店，就在火車旁邊，酒店房間大又清潔，職員友善也會關心客人，因為要我凌晨火車回倫敦，我check out後在酒店大堂坐了幾個鐘頭都沒有問題，亦會幫忙儲起行李。 這個價錢但結果是非常非常之好，史雲斯斯旺西推介」

「Everything was very good as always. Went for a second visit to Have the fillet steak to check the new oven wasn't a fluke from the previous week but it was just as good. Christian said we have swordfish as a new dish so had that for lunch that was amazing too. Didn't find out my Mum was there with friends and she also had the swordfish lol in the main restaurant as i was in the bar lol.Breakfast was also as good as always, Thanks Gill. 「Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool.
