"Paid for King room with balcony through Expedia but wasn’t given that room. Made enquiry about this and was told that Expedia over booked the room with balcony, but wasn’t told this at time of check In. Received this information the following day. was only told this the following day after I called the front desk. No apologies made Friendly staff. Clean room, bathroom, hallways were also clean. However, the hotel must do a better job of ensuring their NO Smoking policy is adhered to. Guest should be aware that the breakfast portions are very small and over priced. Guest should be informed. I think the cost for complimentary breakfast here is way too expensive."

"Everything was nice but when I tried to get late checkout I was left pending. No communication which would have been nice. "

"The only good thing about this property was the staff and parking. If you plan on staying more than 1 night I suggest you find a different place. The best felt like laying on a cardboard box. The dressers were falling apart the air conditioning didn’t work. I went to take a shower and I had a few guest (ants) showering with me. Graffiti was on the walls and bathroom mirror. Room smelt stale and to top it off they gave me the wrong room number so I was trying to enter someone else’s room."

"Clean room. Staff was helpful. Called in advance and was advised that airport shuttle came every 30 mins only to fin out once landing that you had to book. Good cheap night reasoably close to airport for early morning flight. "

"Parking lot was spacious. My room wasn’t ready until 4pm when I specified I’d be there by 3pm. Even by 4pm, the housekeeper wasn’t finished cleaning the room and needed to come back while I unpacked. The side door of the hotel was broken and I felt uncomfortable knowing anyone could walk through the door at any given time. Breakfast was mid, there weren’t very many options left at 8:30 when I arrived (sign says breakfast until 9:30). Lastly, I didn’t like being asked when I planned to leave. If check out is at 11am, I’ll be out by 11am. It comes off as rude and rushed when the room wasn’t ready when I got to the hotel, yet the company wants to know when I’m leaving. I will not be back"
