"A gem of a hotel! Staff were excellent, room was clean and very comfortable. Room was a good size and had a sitting area. There is no elevator so you need to carry your bags up a rew stairs, and the staff kindly offered to help if needed. Great location to view Mount Fuji! "

"This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."
