「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「非常方便的交通, 靠近Mariatorget地鐵站 及公車站, 如果走路去老城區也不會太遠. 提供的早餐還不錯. 24小時都有提供簡單的食物非常貼心. 原本還擔心使用公用浴室會不習慣性, 結果相當方便也很非常干淨. 」

「wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems....

「This accommodation deserves a 10 pm everything! Great staff! Great location! Spotless room, bathroom, dining room. Great breakfast. Everything is within reach and walkable. This is a charming old building in Gamla Stan (Old Town) just keep in mind, there’s no elevator.」
