"The hotel is set on the river estuary, with beautiful views of boats bobbing up and down and a nice promenade to walk along.
On arrival the lift was broken so had to carry out cases up 2 floors, it was fixed by the next day.
Also we were told that the hotel was closed the next day so there were no reception, bar or food available. This seemed a bit odd for a hotel."

"Very disappointed! Hotel advertised having a restaurant and cafeteria, neither of which were open! Hotel also advertised having wine and champagne available but were told at reception that only food and drink available was from a vending machine. As there were no bars or restaurants nearby in this industrial port area, we ended up with a packet sandwich from the vending machine! For info, it was a Friday night stay in June. "
