"Spent too long in Monterrey and had to find a last minute stay. I would not come here again. I dont know how this place has high ratings. The room was not cleaned, there was trash on the corners under the sink, the bathroom floor was full of hairs. No towels or floor mat for the bathroom floor. Water got all over the floor. The towels were thin and on their last leg with stains that made me question if they were even washed. The bed has a metal skirt that makes the loudest noise and u hit it just getting close to the bed. Thankfully the sheets were clean, we really inspected that. "

"The shower head wouldn’t move and pointed straight to the back wall. And the shower and sink were slow draining. Besides that the room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Property was really quiet and the staff was friendly. "

"Great value! The room was spacious for my family of 5. It had a room with a bed in it, the main area had a queen bed and a pull out couch. The hotel felt like it was in a safe area, and it was just a short drive to cannery row. We will definitely be back!"
