「You arrive to beautiful ambiance . They definitely care about the details . The lighting is this boho ranch vibe is just what i needed for my first solo trip. The bar is also a vibe. The grounds are well kept and a great place to get grounded and feel the energy of Ojai. Location is perfect. The libbey bike/walking trail is right behind the inn . You can get to the restaurant s & shops in 5 min and be on path. The only negative thing was that the shower was not the best. It just dumped water on...

「We arrived at 11PM and there's no parking lot available for us. We had to drop off the luggage in the room and parked the car out of the inn along the street. 」

「Waypoint is very pet friendly. We stayed the night with our dog and she was comfortable in the trailer. The train passing startled her a bit but after one or two passes she was fine. The room was so cool to stay in. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There are lots of activities to do on property and lots of things to do in a walkable distance. We are excited to stay at Waypoint again!」

「The scaffolding really detracts from experience and is not advertised. Im sure it will be better once its complete but many people expressed frustration or cancelled because its a surprise.」

「Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」
