"Really convenient location and price was great considering many places in the area were 2-3 times more expensive. Room was clean and had everything we needed, great A/C but not sure why so many hotels consider double beds to be big enough for 4 people. Lots of parking and surprisingly quiet but n a night that was fully booked. Our only interaction with staff wasn’t ideal as we arrived about 50 minutes before check in. I asked if we could just check in even if the room wasn’t ready and the response was ‘that’s not happening.’ So we left for a few minutes only to come back and see there was a line and they were checking in! We still got our room just fine. We were just thrown off at the response. Overall pleasant stay and will stay here again if we need an easy room for a night or two"

"My friend's and my room was nice and clean. I thought it was weird that we had to walk outside of the lobby to find the elevator, though. When my roommate and I took our showers, there was either body soap or shampoo in the container that was supposed to be conditioner. And the conditioner was in the body soap container! I was also disappointed the next morning that there was no variety of hot food, like eggs, and meat like bacon or sausage. However I did enjoy the custom brew coffee machine that offered lattes and cappuccino."

"I highly recommend the Hilton Santa Barbara! I will be staying here again if I return to the area. The pool was so much fun and everything was so clean and easy to use. Our check in ran smoothly and Cupid was lovely and very helpful. The room was amazing as well, very spacious and fun to hang out on the balcony. There is beach access right accross the street so that is a plus as well!"
