"For those attending the Navy Base graduation, the hotel was incredibly supportive in the navigating the process and providing shuttles to pick up tickets and to attend the ceremony. If there was a critique if anything, was the limited amount of people the shuttle could take at one time. "

"The exterior of the hotel looks rough, but the rooms look updated. Hot tub is always a must for me when traveling and this location has a nice sized one. Interaction was staff was minimal, and I appreciate that. Breakfast was standard. "

"Parking was easy in/out and staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout stay! "

"The hotel called me 2 days before our stay and said the overbooked for the night we wanted and was canceling our reservation. The said we had to contact Expedia for refund. I am still working on getting that refund. "

"The rooms were clean and just right for us. The some of the staff didn’t understand my conversation when I tried to ask for towels. Breakfast was ok, yes it was fresh but I believe there needs to be a different selection. Sausage and eggs every morning. The hot tub was small and tge water was warm nothing near hot"

"The floors were sticky in the lobby and in my room. I was woken up from a dead sleep by staff at 10pm banging on my door to see if i was in my room, then they called a bit later to confirm my name!! ??? I barely slept after that. The sheets smelled like chemicals. The walls were damaged. I thought i could at least get a little coffee in the morning from the breakfast bar before continuing my many-hour drive... it was greyish foggy and foamy. I left it there. Totally overpriced for the poor quality. I dont recommend, unless you are truly desperate. Total bummer."

"This Hotel is ran down and needs to be updated. Even though you can tell the flooring and lighting has been updated, the bedding is dengy and stained horribly. I had to call for sheets and pillow cases. The beds are worn and very uncomfortable. The carpet in the hallways are filthy. My Room 307 wasn’t cleaned properly I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies. Breakfast was ok I guess considering the hotel. I only stay at country Inn’s but this one will never get my money again. I wish I could get a FULL refund. "
