「Family of 4 with 2 young kids. We stayed for 2 nights for an event locally. Overwhelming pros: Easy location to get anywhere around Chicagoland and suburbs. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; I needed some stuff printed at 2am and during the day - done with no hesitation. Immaculate rooms with clean linens and prompt housekeeping. Top place! 「We arrived late and booked the room through Expedia to save some money. We got a king room with a kitchenette. That was great because we had frozen items in a cooler that needed to be placed in the freezer overnight. The bed in the room was very comfortable, including the pillows. I used the shower and noticed that a prior occupant had placed part of a false eyelash on the wall. This wasn't noticed by housekeepinh to remove it. I wouldn't have noticed it either, if I didn't use the shower. ...

「Very pleasant and comfortable property in downtown Racine. Excellent restaurant and roof top bar and a comfortable lobby as well. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Really this is the best hotel in Racine and I can't wait to stay there again on future family visits to SE Wisconsin. I've recommended it to all of my Wisconsin friends and family for when they have visitors in town.」
