Really this is the best hotel in Racine and I can't wait to stay there again on future family visits to SE Wisconsin. 「We honestly expected better. The facility overall is in need of maintenance. The sidewalk immediately outside main entrance is broken, uneven concrete which presents an unsafe walking surface. Parking was well lit and abundant. We arrived at 4:30 pm, a full hour and a half past the advertised check-in time, and were assigned a room which had not been cleaned yet. Staff was quick to reassign us a room which was ready. First impression was that the motel was understaffed, since the halls...
