"We had an amazing experience at Meriton Suites Broadbeach, thanks to the outstanding service from Bernatte and Jian. As a family of three, traveling with our energetic 5-year-old, we truly appreciated their cheerful and helpful attitude. They made the process of switching to a higher-floor room effortless and stress-free. "The motel is newly open. It has a Mediterranean themed finishing, with olive green as main tone. The room was very clean, with TV, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was very beautiful. It uses a self-check-in system. If you book prior you stays, you should be fine, just follow the instructions and you will receive the passcode. If we book it the same day, as what I did, best arrive before 5PM. I didn’t receive the check-in instructions, but I managed to meet a very helpful and friendly admin staff who helped with check-in procedures. The swimming pool was a dedicated one, felt like actually in Mediterranean. Free Parking provided of course."
