Very poor unit all round. Terrible beds. Poor cleaning. Wasn't the room I was shown when I booked. The whole place needs a major overhaul. No one entered our unit the 7 nights we were there and did anything. No rubbish was collected and I couldn't find anywhere to put it. It wasn't a place you wanted to spend anytime in apart from sleeping. The wifi was good. The parking on site was ok. It was very handy for the Florida tram stop so that was a plus but I paid premium and expected slightly better. I wouldn't go there again.

Staying on the Gold Coast

The property was as listed and we only stayed in it for one night which suited our needs. Parking was very easy and very secure. Price point was very reasonable for where it was located.

Close to tram station which is really handy. A 24 Coles Service Station is close by. It could do with some tender loving care and some money to make it better. I enjoyed it and thank yoy for the room.

This is our second time staying here. It’s a good budget option for a family vacation. It’s location is great if you are using public transport and walking distance to both Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise.
