「Looks like average chain hotel... but I travelled with "extra" children. Hotel was very nice about that. No extra charges, gave us a bigger room. Very friendly atmosphere, great breakfast (!) and staff, free parking. Super nice receptionist and I think it was a super nice owner taking care of each detail on the breakfast shift. 「very pleasure stay in Bytom. however, wifi is bad at room, even lobby sometimes were not workable well. Only in front of elevator is good. Breakfast is fantastic. Garden is very pretty and enjoy sunshine there. No bus stop nearby, you must go by taxi first. From hotel to the airport is around 15min, but cost Pln65, which is higher than warsaw. Restuarant waitors are friendly」

The room was small but perfectly comfortable and had great amenities, including soft lighting (not just big overhead lights), soap, shampoo etc, a functioning kitchenette, tea and coffee, and a comfy bed. Bonus that the TV also connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to the main square. Was really happy with the whole experience of staying here and would stay here again.」

「We booked five rooms for eight nights at Hotel Szafran for our group of ten. We were very pleased with the rooms - plenty of space and quite comfortable and clean. Although there wasn't a/c in our rooms, the standing fans helped a lot. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was perfect as there was a shopping center next door, and we could easily find supplies for our service project. Every member of our group commented that the hotel was simply perfect for...
