「The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the...

「The room was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed. The front desk lady was so nice and accommodating when we asked to stay another night. Very clean and comfortable bed. The location is perfect for the beach. 」

「The property is dated. The staff was very nice and responsive to our needs. The rooms themselves needed work, though serviceable. It served our purpose...a place to stay. Otherwise, nothing memorable except the couple of cockroaches we had as roommates, and the dated heating units were loud. 」

The staff was super nice, and it was a treat to have a hot breakfast. The only booking issue was that no where on the Expedia site did it note the floor location of the rooms. The room I booked happened to be on the 3rd floor, with fairly steep, narrow stairs (not ideal for someone with knee/hip issues). I didn't think to call the property to ask, but room...

「Wonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. I’ll definitely be back」

「The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.」
