「They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about! Which is...

「Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.」

「This was a great and classy hotel. We loved the food from Wellington's restaurant as we ordered it using room service and everything was wonderful. Very spacious and the staff were friendly, courteous and supportive. For the price of a 1 night stay the value was great. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again. We didn't even get a chance to view or use the weight room and spa on the lower level but we will next time we stay.」

「Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...

「The staff was friendly upon arrival and explained how to use the wifi and what time was the breakfast. The room was very clean- the linens, bathtub and sink. The bed was very comfy.We didn't like that it had carpeted floors but they were at least clean. The TV was nice size and there was a convient desk, microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.The breakfast was great because there was about anything you could want. Parking was good. The property was in a quiet location」
