「Newly remodeled room but the room stunk horrible. Bad enough I had to buy an air freshener to put in there to manage to even stay in it. 」

「The property was welcoming to pets. We stayed in a first floor room which helped alot. The property abd rooms are very run down. Everything needs to be replaced from carpeting to fridges. The room was stained the moldings pulling away from the walll, the lock was broken in two....on top of that the layout is really cramped The vanity is separated from the toilet , and blocks the entry path and tbere is not enough room for two adults. 「We stayed here, after the NASCAR Truck race, at Bristol. It is a dog-friendly hotel, which I appreciate. I saw a few canine friends during check-in. My wife found a pair of socks, under the bed, when we first walked in (a quick look around by the staff would help). The room and bathroom were spacious, to me, but feel the price point was too high. I stayed here because of previous reviews.」

「The only issue we had was a shower head that was crusted with hard limestone water. Management replaced the shower head and fixed it, took about an hour. Management apologized for the inconvenience. The ice machine area was very wet but manageable. Maybe ice was spilled, I’m not sure. Otherwise a very clean and nice room. Outside windows need cleaning though. 」

「It was dated and room smelled musty but it was clean. Parking was fine. Air conditioning was good. I don’t like the bathroom layout as the lavatory had no counter space for your toiletries and the shower was open to the whole bathroom with no way to keep floors from getting wet and slippery. 」
