"Disregard any of the elevator comments. They are working and efficient. The property provided 2 bottles of water per day and you get those at the gift shop but your $35 per day credit doesn’t apply to the shop only the restaurants in the hotel. Property was very centrally located, and staff was very helpful. Rooms were good but beds are standard size so not much room if you were traveling with a family. This was a good option for our family of 4. I would choose this again."

"Great location - particularly for a first time visit to the city - the subway is just a short walk away as is Central Park. The staff were really accommodating- from the receptionists, to the porters and cleaning crew. "

"This property was at a great location, literally in the middle of Time Square. It was clean and the staff were friendly. With that being said, I was on a trip with my 16 year old son and my boyfriend. The shower/bathroom situation was awkward. It’s fogged glass and we had zero privacy. We ended up hanging a sheet using the air vents and a hanger to cover the shower, and when someone had to go to the bathroom we all just went to the lobby until they finished. Overall it was a good hotel, just super tiny. I just wouldn’t recommend booking this room if your with a family. "

"Clean room with view of Manhattan. Decent location. Had on site parking but the available spaces were poor causing on street parking. Lack of breakfast with limited places close. Bus was available to subway nearby. Area was safe. Good restaurants with reasonable walk to the Blvd."

"I have travelled the world and this is one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was in such a bad state of disrepair. The Shower was broken, large hole in ceiling around the shower head. Toilet seat chipped and toilet didn’t work properly, paint work around bathroom door was tatty and a huge amount of dust in the corner of the door frames, there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room which was small and dark and a noisy generator outside the window. Also tatty torn carpets in hall around the lifts. We asked the receptionist if we could change and she was most unhelpful and advised there was not a room available."
