Make a phone call to clerk in front, but I was too tired to change the room, just show my good willingness remind them my situation, pay attention when customer looks really tired, arrange the room reall quite and stay away from those noisy facility.
But the lady just insisted they did not make any fault, if I feel noisy, I should told them bala bala....
I am too tired, just like them to improve their service level to avoid customers like me already to tired to pick up everything and change the room,but the lady just insisted they do not make any mistakes.
They don't have sympathy or any understanding on what I was expressing, that made me feel more angry, feel very disappointeed why the service level so low and no understanding to their repeated client?
If I can choose, will never use this hotel again."
