「1st room i was given was not ready beds were not made and a tray of spoiled food was in the foom making it smell awful. The second room i was give the fridge was defrosted and filled with water shower curtain was dirty the whole bathroom Was pretty bad. The pool was empty and unusable also all in all not a great place i would would say spend the extra 100 or so and just stay in the Temecula murrieta area.」

「Love all pets and I travel with mine. But the 2 dogs next to my room barked every time someone walked by their door. From 5PM on. It echoes throughout the entire 2nd floor because the building is composed entirely hard surfaces. These people had to know that their dogs barked like this when in a hotel, yet they ruined my sleep anyway. I'm sure I was not the only one who complained because the barking could be heard everywhere on the 2nd floor.」

「The room had bugs crawling everywhere and I got moved to a different room that had dirty bed frames with big black spots and burnt bed sheets, also the tv’s were not working and the door looked off the hinges.」

「I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.」

「很干净，设施齐全，只是房间有点小。吃早餐的地方只能坐六个人，还不可以带进房吃，和旁边半间装修到一半的房间挨在一起，水泥，工具就堆在地上，吃饭看到这些真的影响胃口。酒店住客很多是去沙漠山奥特莱斯购物的，开车只有十分钟路，非常方便。」

「I put one of our drivers who broke down in this place. He said, he found a cricket in the refrigerator and the TV did not work. There were 2 sketchy charaters parked outside sitting in their car. He called Domino's for pizza and the delivery driver made him meet outside the parking lot. He did not feel safe going in there.」

「I usually book here when I plan to go to Saboba Casino. I’ve been staying here for a long time. Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them.」
