「Location is good. Renovations are being done which are okay, but makes the hotel very difficult to navigate for now. Also, we stayed in a renovated room, but I don't feel that the renovations improved it much? Will give it another chance maybe when it is finished.」

「Rooms had broken items like lamp, TV did not turn on, phone was unplugged- the condition of the hotel made the area feel unsafe and not very comfortable. 」

「Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.」
