「We arrived quite late, around 9:30pm, but check-in was quick and easy. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the hotel itself was absolutely spotless. The spa was still open for another half an hour when we arrived, so we made the most of that, which was lovely! My only real disappointment was the spa access restrictions, which weren’t made particularly clear when booking through Expedia. Hotel guests can only use the spa facilities between 7am–10am and...

「5 star downstairs and outside. Grounds are superb. Room was ok... Bed was big, as was TV, but there were things that let it down. Cheap furniture, a wobbly toilet, an unsuitably small shelf in shower, cheap tea and coffee. Also only one bath towel between two, and one hand towel - no bath mat. 「nice property, quiet, well located in the country side and fairly well connected. would recommend.」

「Everything was great: comfortable room, tasty continental breakfast. Traveler cell service and wifi limited in the area, so make certain to confirm everything before you head out!」

「All the staff were so friendly. The bar staff especially Phil were excellent. We were there for an 80th birthday. My wife lost a bracelet we asked at reception in the morning and the lovely lady on reception said she would look inn the safe... unfortunately nothing. We went to look in the room where the party was held but it had already been cleaned. A lovely young lady named Erin asked could she help, we explained what had happened and she said that a bracelet had been found and had been put...
