"Was greeted by Abdul at reception a lovely man I've met many times on my frequent stays at the giftun. He immediately upgraded my room even though I was only staying for 2 nights. I had stayed at the sinbad club for the previous 6 nights after being recommended to go there but didn't like it so I checked out early.
