「Nice fresh breakfast 」

「We stayed at Ajira for three nights and were assured that we would be refunded for the remaining three nights. Unfortunately, the communication from the reception staff was poor throughout our stay. On the day of checkout, we were asked to pay for charges relating to something we never used, which was both frustrating and disappointing. When we questioned it, no one took ownership of the issue or offered a proper explanation. Instead, it felt as though the priority was collecting more money...

「We had a triple person room so it was the end of the corridor, it was not that noisy. Beds are comfort. Wifi sometimes not work. We also booked a tour at hotel overall is good.」

「Food」

「The bed was fairly soft. The fridge worked very well. The 2 x AC units also worked very well which was necessary for the hot July evening I stayed there. It looks a bit better than it is. The kitchen appeared to be quite good but there were hardly any dinnerware to eat with or from. The kitchen faucet barely worked. No soap to clean the dirty dishes that were there. Had to hunt to find the towels. The communication wasn’t that great and they never told me the address. It was a guessing game...

「Everything was okay except the long line of the BBQ corner that got me to avoid the best menu I like!! My first visit in March was perfect and I used to get the BBQ daily but this time was not. Rather than that o enjoyed my stay.」

「Although some information was misleading it was a good hotel. Reads as all inclusive but in fact it is Not. It is a partial all inclusive. Staff was friendly but not well informed about the inclusions. Felt like I vacationed in Germany instead of Egypt. Lots of food catered to Germans/europeans. Slides in the aqua kids parks was the best and saving grace. Satisfied but would not return.」

「去的時候剛好是齋戒月，櫃檯人員的臉很臭，態度也沒多好。到達時大概下午四點多房間都還沒整理好，光等入住手續就等了半小時。終於可以入住後換了一位貌似滿臉笑容的櫃檯的人帶我們到房間。介紹了一輪房間設備後，一直不願離去，原來是想要小費。說實在的，光是辦理入住等了那麼久一句道歉都沒有還要看櫃檯臭臉，實在很不想給小費。但他一直等也是很尷尬，給了還嫌少？真的是沒跟你要賠償就不錯了。 浴室裡的淋浴只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭，水量又小有點難洗。水漬也沒有處理的很好。去沙灘的毛巾就是一人一條，要多的還不太行說飯店規定如此下不為例。沒看過哪家度假村是這樣的，但只要給出足夠的笑容還是有願意給你多一條毛巾的服務人員。 雖然這樣，但度假村整體來說是還不錯，可能因為是全新的所以都保持的還行。餐廳只吃了自助餐，因為要預訂的餐廳根本預約不到或是看起來就沒很好吃。但自助餐每天每餐都會也有變化，不太容易吃膩，選擇也很多味道也不錯，跳過牛肉就好。 雖然一開始入住的時候被櫃檯人員氣到，渡假的好心情全失。還好景色跟環境優美讓我很快就平復了。 」
