「After having had our flight cancelled at the airport and the need to find accommodation quickly our nightmare of a day turned out to be the best aa we found what can only be discribed as a hidden gem of a boutique hotel, the Filigrane is stunning. Staff were so helpful, rooms were faultless and breakfast didnt disappoint, the best croissants we've ever tasted. 「A beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff. The location was perfect just steps away from the Rue de Rivoli and 2 blocks from the Louvre where you can take the Hop on Hop bus to take you to all of the tourist destinations. Would definitely stay here again. Lots of shops restaurants and bakeries around.」

「It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. And there were a bunch of sex toy shops next to the hotel so I don’t think it is...

「Great location with easy access to Metro and walking distance to L’Opéra, Place Vendôme , and Lafayette department store etc. clean and Spacious room for Paris city center standard. Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. 」
