Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown by IHG

"Stayed at Hotel Indigo for a leisure weekend with my partner. We both enjoyed the overall quality and ambiance of the hotel. The room was nice, clean, and spacious, and the shower was large enough for two people. The lobby offered a few cozy sitting areas for lounging. The staff was very friendly and responsive; anything we requested (which wasn't much) was taken care of quickly. We inquired about a microwave and were told it cost $10 for the stay, which was shocking, but it was the only "concern" we had the whole trip, and the staff actually waived the charge since we requested it on our last night. We arrived on a Thursday, which happened to be Jazz night in the lobby, a very nice touch. The drinks at the bar and apps, as well as breakfast, were just okay; more options could be helpful. The hotel was in the perfect location with almost everything we chose to do within walking distance. Overall, although it was a little pricey, we enjoyed our stay very much and will likely return again."

"Great hotel for family. Has pool on top floor with lovely outdoor garden around it. Rooms are very spacious and staff very helpful. Disappointed we weren’t able to enjoy breakfast because we were running late and they only had one server who was very busy."

"This hotel is very nice, clean and well run with comfortable beds. There are good dining options including two in the hotel, the hotel also had a nice well maintained gym. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when in the area."

"Tive uma ótima experiência neste hotel! A localização é excelente, muito próxima à praia, o que tornou minha estadia ainda mais agradável. O hotel estava sempre muito limpo e bem cuidado, e a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, simpática e prestativa durante toda a minha estadia. Gostei especialmente do cuidado com a limpeza e da atenção aos detalhes. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo para quem procura um lugar confortável, bem localizado e com uma equipe maravilhosa em Miami Beach. ❤️"

"Room was clean but a few things were broken. Toilet paper holder broken, cabinet door for the cupboard of the refrigerator broken. Called for maintenance and they came right away. Pool area VERY small hot tub broken. No one used the pool area..looked dirty. Workout room ok, treadmill worked as expected. Food store area stocked with drinks, snacks. Hot coffee/chocolate and frozen meals, ice cream. $3 and up. Restaurant has designated/limited hours, we weren’t around when they were open but menu options looked like variety. Limited parking especially if there are events booked. 3 out of the 4 nights we were there 2 events happening at a time. NO parking. Overflow lot in bank parking in front of hotel but is distance from hotel if you have abilities or hauling luggage. Keurig in room but only 2 kcups. Have to pay for coffee in lobby store. Great location for mall and AMC theater also several eating places in mall and around hotel with one next door. Can walk to all but have to cross 4 lanes of traffic which was not difficult at cross walk."
