「Great location away from the crowds. Quiet. Elegant hotel with a friendly and pleasant staff.」

「Muy comoda y amplia la habitacion」

「Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!」

「What a find in Florence! Converted residences into hotel style accommodations. Breakfast inclusion was a nice treat - rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a common sitting room to relax. Location is very central to all attractions. But the highlight was the staff! So nice, helpful beyond expectations - so fortunate to have found Peruzzi Residences.」

「Great location and excellent support for off-hour check-in. The lift is a plus!」

「Great location, loved the room, and the staff were great - friendly and very helpful. We will book here again when we travel to Florence.」

「This property was exceptional. Brilliant layout of rooms, meant we had a super relaxing time. All elements are of the highest quality, from the bed, to the shower to the comfy sofa. The nicest place we have stayed in.」

「The property is in a great location next to the Arno River. The unit was spacious and clean. It was just a little difficult to find but once found it was great.」

「Great place to stay if you want to see the highlights of Florence! Everything in the centre is within a 15 minute walk from the place. This includes being around the corner from Palazzo Vecchio. The hosts are very clear with check in instructions that you receive the day before your stay. Hosts even allowed us to have an early check in which was super convenient. We had an issue with our water heater and they had sent someone to fix it within 2 hours of making the call. Highly recommend and...

「Location was perfect for attractions」

「Amazing experience, everything was very close and the host are very respectful and responsive.」
