「Kevin at the front desk and Sam, doorman were so kind and provided assistance when needed. The room is always clean, the bath had quality amenities, and the snacks wonderful. The Lancaster is my favorite hotel in Houston and highly recommended to those visiting the area.」

「I stayed here for three nights cleaning stuff never cleaned my room. I had to track a Cleaning Lady to get towels so we can take a shower horrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody if there was less than one star I would give them. And when we were checking out, I mentioned that to the GERMAN at the front desk all he said he’s gonna email the Cleaning manager didn’t even apologize.」
