Great Stay, But One Policy Missed the Mark
Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel—beautiful space, attentive service, and well-maintained amenities. However, I was really disappointed with the motorcycle parking policy. Small motorcycles, which take up minimal space, aren’t allowed to park up front—even when there’s clearly room.
If the concern is aesthetic, I don’t believe a well-kept bike (especially one owned by guests spending $400+ a night) detracts from the property’s appearance. In fact, it feels more like an outdated rule than one rooted in logic or guest experience.
Would love to see this policy revisited. It’s a small change that would go a long way in making all guests feel equally welcomed and respected.
