"Positives are that staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Also, the hotel is located not far from the piazza castello and main Porto Susa stations (both a bus or tram ride away ). Free breakfast was sufficient. However, there are many negatives. This is advertised as a 3* hotel but it is definitely not. The room was clean but very tired and in real need of renovation. Some of the workers are hanging off the wall - dangerous! There is NO mirror in the room. Not a dressing mirror or a full...
