Très bon accueil. Par contre la douchette de la douche est dégradée pas normal. Dommage du bruit dans le couloir en pleine nuit manque de correction de certains clients et du bruit également au Rez de chaussée le soir tard et le matin tôt. Oreillers trop plats. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus

Visto il prezzo è le foto, nonché le recensioni, non abbiamo indugiato nel prenotare. All'arrivo ci siamo subito imbattuti nella presenza sporadica della reception, poco male visto l'ingresso tramite card. Nel momento in cui entriamo in camera vediamo subito che la camera, e il bagno in particolar modo, sono in pessime condizioni di manutenzione e pulizia (scarafaggio nella doccia, ragnatele un pó ovunque, muffa nella porta doccia, aspiratore bagno pieno di sporcizia, filtri condizionatori mai cambiati..) Ho fatto presente la situazione alla reception che non mi ha neanche proposto il cambio stanza ma mi assicurato che sarebbe stata nuovamente pulita. Le ragnatele sono rimaste e lo scarafaggio é riapparso. Mi dispiace ma la mia esperienza è stata pessima,meglio una pensione che questo 3 stelle.

Hidden Gem with great parking!

Nice hotel right opposite a large parking area. Only issue is that there is a market every Wednesday that uses the car park so you’d need to work on the street. No big deal. Great service by some lovely staff. Rooms are a bit tired though. My room had a dodgy bedside light switch that worked now and again. Again, no big deal. Nice place - I’ll definitely return!

Un service au top mais un hôtel un peu vétuste

L’hôtel est bien situé (Grand parking à disposition) et proche d'une jolie petite rue piétonne. Un accueil sympathique et efficace (Merci à Andréa). Les chambres sont propre mais un peu vieille. Nous n'avons pas pu avoir de wifi à notre étage mais il marchait bien au rez de chaussé.

IT'S A BIT OF A FAWLTY TOWERS SCENARIO HERE, YOU BOOK A TABLE IN THE GREAT RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR FOR LUNCH AT 2:30 AND ARRIVE TO BE TOLD THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED! THE ONLY HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT THAT IS COMPLETELY CLOSED ON SUNDAY FROM NOON UNTIL 5PM. BUT EVEN WITH THE ECCENTRICITIES A VERY PLEASANT PLACE

nice hotel, but traffic noise

large room. comfy bed. very noisy (traffic), and AC did not work, so did not sleep well. very good breakfast. no garage; had to leave bike outside and hope that the gate was closed and locked overnight as promised. great shower. very good location--just a short walk to center of town and busy pedestrian area.

Hotel Europa, un tre stelle da 5 stelle!

Abbiamo trovato un Hotel sicuramente al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Uno staff molto accogliente e gentile. Le camere in un ambiente molto silenzioso e tranquillo nonostante la vicinanza al centro. Il ristorante di ottimo livello con pizze di fantasia squisite. Un albergo 3stelle da 5stelle!
