「The room would have been perfect if it was not that the air conditioning was so weak and the room was so hot even in June. the AC is centrally controlled so you cannot change the temperature. They gave you an extra fan but the apt is too big for the fan and even you can cool off one area, the rest of the apt is still unbearably not. I would love to stay here again but not in winter or summer 」

「The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great.」
