「The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.」

「Great place to stay in town 」

「On the plus side, location is central and the staff go the extra mile to assist and help. However, the apartment has a poor quality to price ratio. It looks old and worn out. The windows are ancient and do not keep you warm at night. The tram passing by under the main bedroom window is loud. The elevator was not working. The main door could not be closed from inside... I would not stay there again」

「Not well connected with public transportation. It’s a student dorm, so it doesn’t have all the facilities an hotel would have (eg, a bar). Also, rooms are not really soundproof, I’ve heard noises in the early morning. However, the studio was big and quite new. Good price/quality ratio overall. 」

「Restaurant dinner food quality was not good at all. Italian food is delicious, however it wasn’t the case at the restaurant.」
