「the room is very clean and beautiful. the staff is super helpful and responsive, staff name Eliso tried his best to help me change to the feature room on the second night. Unfortunately, the room is too close to the road, we moved back to the original room, but it was very sweet of him. i will definitely stay in this hotel again if i visit Turin in the future.」

「The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.」

「房間隔音很差,尤其是NO.305, 306, 405, 406只隔了一個小木門,連沖馬桶或咳嗽的聲音都非常清楚,讓人無法入眠 the sound insulation is bad, especially NO.305, 306, 405, 406 only have a wooden door between two rooms, the noise is incredible loudly ! barely to sleep. 早餐很普通 breakfast is very common 火車站附近的環境很髒亂 the environment nearby Porta Nuova main station is not good」

「The staff were really helpful and kind. The hotel had amazing air conditioning which is perfect after a day out. The room was well sized, and enough. The best part is that this is a really centrally located hotel, as it’s across the street from the main train station. So if you plan to do day trips to other cities like Milan, I could only recommend this hotel. As knowing my hotel was literally across the street made it so much easier to return after a long day.」
