「There was a lot of construction noise 」

「This was perfect for our stay. A very nice apartment, with French doors and a balcony wrapped around the corner. We were able to keep the doors open and the shutters closed to stay cool all night. The bathroom was a great size, it was nice to have a full kitchen for our drinks and breakfasts. Great experience」

「The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.」

「On the plus side, location is central and the staff go the extra mile to assist and help. However, the apartment has a poor quality to price ratio. It looks old and worn out. The windows are ancient and do not keep you warm at night. The tram passing by under the main bedroom window is loud. The elevator was not working. The main door could not be closed from inside... I would not stay there again」

「早餐非常之豐富及每天都有一些變化，酒店地點非常方便，在火車站對面，行三分鐘就到，行去市中心都很方便。」

「Positivo : la ubicazione ottima, la stanza pulita e attrezzata e il personale cortese. Da migliorare : il check in è stato complicato in quanto non abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni per fare il check in: nessuna risposta al citofono e al telefono. Approfittando di una persona che usciva sono salito a piedi ( per l'ascensore è necessaria la chiave) e ho trovato i pittori che lavoravano nell'ingresso. Per fortuna hanno chiamato la proprietaria. Dare istruzioni chiare per il check in. Altro punto da...

「We were bery happy with the Carlo Felice. The room was quite comfortable though predictably small. The bathroom was very clean and of high-quality construction. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was that our room looked out into an inner courtyard that contained the recycling bins, and a couple of times in the morning we were awakened to the sound of glass being dumped.」
