"Took 35 minutes for a shuttle to get 2 miles from the airport, no call from desk clerk to alert driver. Room lock on door malfunctioning. Urine in the toilet upon entry into the bathroom, obviously left by cleaning staff or never checked. Absolutely disgusting."

Anything else had to ordered and charged for at the "cafe". I found 2 pieces of broken glass and a dirty washcloth in the bathroom, and asked for housekeeping but was told they had gone home."

Area felt safe even for a group of ladies walking at night. Room was clean, kids enjoyed pool. Would definitely return!"
