"The hotel and staff were wonderful. Shortly after booking I received a call that the type of room I booked would not be available and was asked if I minded switching. The asked preference of floor and thanked me for being understanding. On arrival, the staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and clean. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers!"

"The staff and service at this Residence Inn could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very impressive! My main complaint was that the hide-a-bed was terribly uncomfortable. Probably the worse sofa bed I've ever slept on. Also please provide a complete sheet set rather than just a fitted sheet. But, if you don't need to make use of the extra bed, it is a very pleasant stay. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Hu Hotel. We wanted to be close enough to walk to Beale St and far enough away. It was absolutely the perfect location. Very quiet , rooms were clean and staff was very nice and helpful! The only issue we had was ice. You had to ask for ice on the first floor. Not a huge complaint. Just a little inconvenience. But would definitely recommend and stay here again. "
